How long will it take to get my order?

Processing time is 2 business days, and shipping time varies depending on destination and method chosen. We will give you an estimate at checkout. We try to make sure your customers have your products as soon as possible! 🐾

Do you ship internationally?

Of course we do! We send our designs all over the world so that all the furros can wear them. 🌎

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed my order?

If the order has not been shipped yet, please contact us quickly and we will do our best to exchange it! 🏃💨

Why don't you ship to my city? / Error when selecting delivery city?

We would love to reach all corners of the furry world! However, at the moment, our carriers do not offer coverage in that area. We are working to expand our shipping network and we hope to be able to reach you soon. 🗺️

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

We're sorry! At the moment, we are not making any changes. Be sure to carefully review the size guide and product details before purchasing. If you have questions, ask us! 💬

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! Send us a message within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will fix it. 📸

Are the designs exclusive to Stupid & Toxic?

Absolutely! All of our designs are original and created with love by us and our artist friends. 🎨

For every peso you spend in our store, you will earn 1 point! 🎉 It's that simple! The more you buy, the more points and more discounts you will have!

Every 40 points are equivalent to $1 peso off your next purchase. You can redeem them directly on the checkout page at checkout, like magic! 🛍️

Do my points have an expiration date?

Ever! Your points are yours forever, so you can accumulate them and use them whenever you want - no matter if you're a crafty fox or an adorable sloth, your points will always be there for you! 😉

Is there a limit on the number of points I can redeem per purchase?

What happens if I return a product?

If you return a product, the points corresponding to that purchase will be deducted from your balance or if you prefer the product will be returned to you (in case your product is damaged) and you will not be eligible for a refund of the points.
