Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated by a third-party service during checkout and are based on weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination.

  • We offer different shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method selected. The third-party service provides an estimate during the checkout process.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as adverse weather conditions or courier delays.

 

4. Shipping Address:

  • Please be sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for package delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible if the order has already been shipped.

Exchange and return policy

1. Returns for Damaged Products:

  • We accept returns on products that arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order and provide clear photographs showing the damage.

  • Once we have received and verified the damaged product, we will offer you a full refund, including the original shipping costs.


2. Changes are not accepted:

  • We do not offer product exchanges. We recommend that you carefully verify the size, color and specifications of the product before making your purchase.

  • If you have any questions about a product, do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to help you choose the right product.


3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return for damaged product, contact our customer service at hola@stupidandtoxic.com or through our social networks. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the product.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and with all original labels and packaging.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.


4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and verified the returned product.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


5. Sale or Discounted Items:

  • Sale or discount items may be subject to additional restrictions on returns. Please see the product description for more details.
